Thanks so much for visiting our online store. CustomGuitarPickShop.com is a division of Custom Guitar Gear, LLC. We have been actively serving musicians since 2006, and are based in Pennsylvania.

We specialize in DUNLOP Custom Imprinted Guitar Picks and have been a Dunlop Dealer for several years. Dunlop picks have been the industry standard, and now you can have your favorite art work or tag line on your favorite pick! Our team is excited to provide you with an impeccable online shopping experience. Please Note:

The minimum pick order quantity is 800 picks.  The picks can be divided into various gauges and colors, but must be in quantities of 200 for each type.

Since every order is a custom job, the general order time-frame is approximately 3 weeks.

Order process:

  • Place your order on our web site, and upload your images
  • We will process your order and send to Dunlop for a mock up, which will require your approval before we go to print. Average timeframe is 24-48 hours to receive the mock up back.
  • Once we receive your approval we will get your order in process to print. All printing is professionally done by DUNLOP in Benicia, CA.
  • Once the order is complete, Dunlop will then ship your order to us and we will ship to you.
Shipping:
We ship Domestically and Internationally.

International: We have partnered with Global Shopex for all International orders. They handle everything from Fraud Screening to Duties and Tax Calculation. By consolidating shipments and optimizing couriers based on region and country, Globalshopex is able to offer the lowest shipping rates. In addition, Globalshopex accepts International credit cards and local payment forms, identifies international restrictions and country rules/regulations, provides multilanguage customer support, and handles returns.

Warranty:
  • Being that this is custom work, upon receiving your approval on a mock up, and going to print, refunds and returns cannot be accepted. 
  • All workmanship and quality is guaranteed.  If there is an issue with the quality of the work, or if the end result is not what was agreed upon, we will review and either correct and ship another batch of re-printed picks, or issue a refund. We want you to be happy with your custom picks and will work with you to make it right.
